ATWINDS FOUNDATION, INC. was established by Eunita Harper Winkey a Business Teacher.
After 15 years of working in the private sector in the business field, she pursued a career as a teacher.
Being a teacher allows her the opportunity to make a positive impact in a child’s life. She
has taught in several at-risk schools in North Carolina and Virginia. Mrs. Winkey
enjoys giving back to her community by mentoring the youth.

their time by helping disaster families and other families in their community become productive citizens of society.
